The Dream Team is the backbone of City Reach Church that keeps the vision moving forward. Everyone was created on purpose for a purpose and the Dream Team is the perfect place to utilize your God given gifts. We have so many teams you can serve on!
ADMIN TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team assists with various tasks including scheduling, communication, and organization.
CITY REACH APPAREL
Our area of the Dream Team connects our church family to merchandise that can be used as a tool to lead people to know God.
CITY REACH KIDS TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team leads kids into an authentic relationship with Jesus through the Word of God, worship, prayer, hands-on activities, and small groups. Opportunities to serve range from kids ages 0 through the 5th grade.

CITY REACH KIDS CHECK-IN
Our area of the Dream Team connects with families and facilitates the check-in process to ensure kids are cared for effectively and efficiently.

CITY YOUTH TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team leads the next generation to Jesus through small groups, services, and events dedicated to 6th-12th graders.
Requirements: Background Check, Interview, 18+
CONNECT TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team keep our church family and first time visitors connected to the vision by providing information that allows them to take their next step.
CREATIVE TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team team uses their gifts of visual creativity to enhance the worship experience.

DREAM TEAM CENTRAL (DTC)
Our area of the Dream Team hosts Dream Teamers during by providing refreshments and encouragement during services and special events while they serve our church family.
EVENTS TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team serves at conferences and church-wide events by setting up decorations and facilitating various aspects of events including meals and snacks.
FACILITY TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team uses their gift of craftsmanship to help maintain the excellence or our building through various trades.
HOSPITALITY TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team creates a personal touch during our worship experiences by hosting in the lobby and at coffee stations.
LEGACY TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team uses the gift of giving to support major projects and facilitate the overall vision of City Reach Church through strategic financial giving.

Our area of the Dream Team hosts and connects with those in the Next Steps classes to help them discover their purpose and take their next step in their faith.
ONLINE HOST TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team connects with our Online church family by creating a dynamic and interactive experience while building relationships.
PARKING TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team is the first impression of City Reach Church and creates a welcoming experience as soon as they arrive at the property while also providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
PRAYER TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team is a group of faith-filled people who cover our church in prayer both during the week and during service response times.

PRODUCTION TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team makes our services into an incredible experience by utilizing our skills with lightings, cameras, sounds, digital displays, and other visual elements. We create an atmosphere were people can know and experience God together.

RESET TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team serves our church family by keeping the building in excellent condition before, after, and in-between services.
SMALL GROUP LEADERSHIP
Our area of the Dream team facilitates small groups around our city by building authentic relationships where real life changes happen that lead our church family to take their next step in their freedom journey.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE TEAM (SAT) + SAFETY
Our area of the Dream Team prioritizes safety and security of our church family during services special events by providing various first responder skills.
Requirements: Interview, Background Check, 18+
USHER TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team hosts the main auditorium making people feel right at home, assisting them to their seats, and maintaining a distraction free environment throughout our services.
WELCOME TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team provides a warm welcome and a fond farewell to our church family makes them feel right at home and opens their heart to encounter God.
WORSHIP TEAM
Our area of the Dream Team creates a dynamic worship experience through vocals and instruments in order to lead our church family in the highest level praise and most intimate level of worship.
