FORGIVENESS MAKES US INCREDIBLE
In the Incredibles 2 movie we are introduced to two new characters: Winston and his sister Evelyn. (SPOILER ALERT) One was able to forgive and even help the supers, and the other couldn’t forgive and let the bitterness stew. In the Bible God teaches us to love others, and even explains what it means to love. 1 Cor. 13:5 says, “It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” Evelyn kept a record of all the wrong done to her, and was angry against the supers while Winston forgave. Jesus said, “Forgive others as God has forgiven you”. Just like Winsten lets always forgive others when they are mean to us, hurt us, or offend us. So that we don’t become like Evelyn, who was angry and unforgiving. When we choose to forgive others and treat them with love, we become exactly what God made us to be - Incredible.
